Welcome to Fernandes Taekwondo & Sports Academy. By enrolling in our academy or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment & Membership

Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by the academy. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by management.

2. Training & Safety

Students must follow instructor guidelines at all times. The academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or safety rules.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees must be paid on time. Late payments may result in suspension of training services until dues are cleared.

4. Uniform & Equipment

Students are required to wear the official academy uniform and safety equipment during training sessions.

5. Attendance & Discipline

Regular attendance is expected. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership due to misconduct or violation of academy rules.

6. Belt Promotion & Certification

Belt promotions are based on performance, attendance, and instructor evaluation. Certification decisions made by the academy are final.

7. Photography & Media

The academy may use photographs or videos taken during training or events for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fernandes Taekwondo & Sports Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising during training or events.

9. Changes to Terms

The academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
